Originally from Kansas City, Ann Ruf began her insurance career in the Sales and Marketing Department with Humana Health Plans in 1992. In 1993, she became the Executive Assistant to the Medical Director of Quality Assurance and Credentialing. After Ann and her husband moved to the Branson area in 1998, she obtained her agent’s license in life and health, and began working in the Benefits Department at Akers & Arney in 1999. Ann diligently continues her education and training, and enjoys helping clients resolve their claims and service issues.
